We have developed a concept of “’friendly living” where our main focus is on each and every one of our community members’ needs. We are a co-living company, where likeminded people have the opportunity to meet and live with one another. Our values and main principles center around being respectful of one another, expanding one’s network, and collaborating with other like minded people. Our first location in Culver City has been open for nearly a year, and we have had the opportunity to see our co-living community members go from strangers to best friends, coworkers, and co-explorers, taking away the stigma of Los Angeles being a lonely city.

The LTC family is a dedicated and thoughtful team who understand what it means to be a part of a community to its very core, and put first and foremost, the happiness of the individuals who co-live with us.
