The apartments are stunning, with stainless steel appliances and a new washer / dryer in-unit. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. We provide fresh bed linens and brand new bath towels for all of our community members. All you need to bring is your happy self and a suitcase, and you’ll be good to go!

Communal spaces

The home has ample spaces that help foster community. We have a great gym with new equipment, fulfilling all of your exercise needs. Our rooftop provides A+ aerial shots of Los Angeles. There is a large storage room, where we also have bicycle racks for you to safely store your bike, along with a co-working space that has wifi, printing, and coffee. Our “lounge” is a hotspot where you can watch TV, play games, and eat yummy popcorn
