“Live The Co. made the move to LA a little easier because I didn’t have to worry about anything but getting here. I’ve met tons of people since moving in and it’s been nice not to worry about being alone in a new city.”
“I’ve lived in Los Angeles for 5 years now since leaving Monterey Bay and this has been the best living experience thus far. I love living with a variety of people with different takes on life and I always find myself learning new things from tenants here. From workshops, to parties, and the usual roommate get togethers, there is always something to do here and it never gets boring. LA is a huge city where you can always feel like a stranger so I’m grateful to have my LTC family in the midst of the hustle and bustle.”
“I’m having a great time at Live The Co. I chose the place for the community, since I moved here from Miami and don’t have close family in LA. I knew I’d make friends, have fun and that my peeps would look out for me.
Live the Co does a lot to get everyone involved and to hang. I love that they have events, parties, classes, yoga, meditation, Zumba and bring in industry experts for tenants to learn from.
“LTC’s location has been amazing for me. It takes forever to get anywhere in LA but having 7 minute commutes to work has been phenomenal. As a teacher, my workload is already large, so having a place to come home to where I don’t have to worry about spending time on cleaning is amazing and I can’t really ask for more. Networking is also a huge strength here.” – Jeremy Wong, NorCal
I’m 24 years old German Architecture Student working in an Architecture and Design Office close to LTC. I really enjoy the community at LTC, living together with so many passionate Artists, from writers, musicians, actors to dancers, photographers and architects like me. It’s a very vibrant place to meet amazing people from around the world.
Our apartment is always filled with people and we spent a lot of time together at LTC and around LA, West Hollywood, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Best thing at LTC is besides the Rooftop, our Sunday Sunset Meditation group with Aubrey.
“Among the variant of things that make Live The Co a high end Los Angeles apartment the Co living aspect sets it apart on its own as it provides tenants with a family base which I’ve particularly found crucial being an immigrant in a city which can prove to be lonely at points. The very community oriented nature of the apartment has not only aided me in evading the solitude of LA but has presented me with friendships I could look to for the rest of my life all whilst I get to enjoy the spoils of modern facilities, house keeping and a beautiful rooftop to enjoy and appreciate Los Angeles and all its beauty.”
